Visited this location today and was not pleased. The most recent review from C Warren sums up my experience. Total wait time for an hour for them to accept 0 items because they were either “too summery” or “too wintery.” Meanwhile the store is filled with outdated styles with makeup stains on them. Employees were not friendly either.

Not pleased with my service here. The staff are slow and when they finally got to me they looked through two bags of clothes and shoes in less than 5 minutes. Some of the items still had tags on them and majority of the items I brought looked better than a lot of the items they had on the racks. Also when returning my items back to me, my items were balled up and tossed in the bag. Thank you for your great customer service. I won't be returning here.

They offer pennies for your items if you're trying to sell your clothes. Go to Buffalo Exchange they have more to offer and have a bigger selection of items.

Not a great selection. Overpriced and not size inclusive. I‘m a size medium which I believe it‘s still quite standard/average but there was not much to choose from. Clothes are flimsy and look cheap.

Bring your uggs in to sell in the winter in good condition they should take them ☺️
We require masks in line with CDC guidelines for both staff and customers. We limit the amount of people in our stores and encourage social distancing. We have stringent cleaning policies in place.
