Need to get their portions correct on the food they make. I can go in a few times and get a quesarito with double meat and it is packed full. Other times, like today, I can go order a quesarito with double meat and it looks and feels like single meat. Predictability in what you're getting served is important. No one wants to pay extra and not get the extra they pay for.
