Very hit or miss depending on who helps you. First time I bought boots and skis and my boots were slanted in a way that my toes were always touching the front of the boot. After a day of skiing, my toe turned black and I was in agonizing pain for a week. I went back and they fixed the boots. And everything has been great since. Would have been great to get that attention the first time around.

My daughter was getting her first pair of ski boots and skis. You know that for the price of a good pair of boots, you would like them sized and fitted by a "pro". Well, we got lucky. The Viking Ski Shop had nothing but professionals helping customers with their purchases or repairs. Ray spent three hours with my daughter working on her boot and ski purchase. They are a top notch shop and here's another thank you for Ray.

Was a huge fan of this store from past visits. last time I went to see if they could shape my boots and the staffer scoffed/laughed said they were too old. I know they are old boots but come on, no need to be rude and pompous. Never going back here again.
