I recently purchased software from them (Dime software). Paid extra to receive it in a timely manner. Only to receive what appears to be a copied disk with no serial#. I called the store and talked with Kennedy and McKayla and was told they would get back with me the next day. That was on Monday. Still no word. I called today to get my money back and was told by Kennedy that someone would call me today with how to do that. She couldn’t just tell me??? Beware of purchases from this company!! Never again for me!!!

Review is really in response to their website... If you pay for something, especially shipping. Then it should be fulfilled. I was going to be out of town today and had ordered a whole week prior and paid for 1-5 day delivery. Obviously, that did not happen. Because they didn't ship it UNTIL the following Monday.. I emailed them Monday concerned about it, they stated it already shipped out that day, would be there Friday. Had already "credited" me my shipping costs (which I haven't seen). I was luckily able to have someone be home because they made it "signature required". So now they have to wait all day until I get home from work and now I have to wait the rest of the day until it's delivered. Which makes me LATE for the trip I had planned to be out for. So when you pay for shipping, (on an in stock item I might add) "1-5 day delivery" really means "1-5 day delivery...Whenever we ship it". They did ask if I didn't want them to send it, but I did not want to play tag with them, my money or shipping. Would I recommend this place? MAYBE?? And I say this ONLY because so many people from home recommend this site so much. Maybe I just had a bad experience but I don't like my time and money wasted. I pray when I get this machine that I have no issues because I'll be distraught if I have to deal with shipping this machine off and then instead of them not delivering an item on time, I'll have to bug them about a refund.

Bought a butler for my quilter. Didnt work, took 3 months for someone to figure it out. Sent me a new one that doesn't work. Can never get anyone to call you back. Will never buy anything from them again. Poor customer service!

They've actually been open for several months. I went there last month and they were very helpful foxingy bernina machine! I also picked up several threads and needles too!
I think they have individual emails, not sure if there is a store email.
Everyone wears masks. Plexiglass shields at cashier.
I'm not with this company. But I would take it in. I had a machine (not purchased here) that it would wreck everything I tried to make. After taking it in numerous time it turned out that the needle shank was bent. It was replaced and worked great since. So take it in and get help.

I don't think Sewing machines plus buys old patterns. They sell sewing machines and vaccum cleaners, parts and material and thread.
You could call them and see. This site is maps not the vendor themselves.
