Tremendous! This location has the friendliest, most helpful employees along with their clean, well-stocked store. Quality meats, fresh fruits & veggies and a wide variety of pre-made salads and sandwiches for on-the-go. Bonus points for my cashier this evening: Thank You, Henry!

Claims to be open 24 hours, “confirmed to be open 24 hours 7 days ago,” doors locked. I tried knocking on the door but the employees didn’t even look at me at the door. Not sure if lazy employees, if for some reason cinco de mayo warrants early closure, or if the person who confirmed it is incompetent, but this really inconvenienced me. I called too, and there wasn’t even a ring tone for the dial-in to the customer service staff. Really surprising.

The store looks nice as any usual Safeway. Bought lamb shank there twice this month and found one of them smelled bad. I brought it back for return. Process was smooth and easy. In the second time, same problem. I suspected it's something wrong with the whole batch. I wanted to return two more unopened ones. The guy refused because I didn't bring the receipt. And claimed it's too much meat to return. In fact, it worth less than $30. What kind of service? In fact, with membership, they have everything in their system. Just let you know you may encounter someone nasty there.

I love this Safeway store and appreciate the people who work there. My frustration lies in the fact that 8 times out of 10, I am charged wrong on my groceries. It is always corrected at the time, but this is not acceptable to the consumer. I have reached out to corporate about this and have had zero response. Again unacceptable. I'm posting this to warn others to be sure to watch your checkout and to double check your receipts. Update 2/8/22 - went to this Safeway and it happened again!! CONTINUE TO WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS, they consistently OVERCHARGE.
