I have been coming for a year now. Quite and clean yes. There are some things need to be fixed. The washers has like a funny smell so I used extra detergent. They need to be cleaned. The dryers are terrible they need to be clean and maintenance. They don't get hot. I also notice the dryer using your card charges extra money. The dryer charged me 5.00 for 6 min dry that should of been .25cent. Why are the dryers taking 5.00 off your card instead of .25cent? Other than that I always felt safe here and they have news and snacks while you work.

Just use cc cards ??
I know this is a late reply but just to clarify for anyone else... No, most of the machines at this location have card readers installed but they are for direct payment via any major credit card or bank debit card. The readers they have here can even accept tap payments from mobile devices with NFC functionality using a payment app like Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.. The reloadable laundry cards you're asking about are only made to work in laundromats with that specific payment system integrated into all the machines only at that specific business or chain of stores. This laundromat is universal and does not have one of those systems (which is better in my opinion because it doesn't require you to convert your money - which is accepted at any establishment anywhere - into money that is only redeemable at that one particular business). Though, all of the machines at this location do accept quarters also. So, if all else fails, cash is King. Very valid question. Thank you for asking.
It's your call and depends on what you select. So, either way is possible
