No body in charge in this business. Restroom locked. I got sticked my hands with liquid soap and no one in charge help here. Lousy business.

I couldn’t pick up my things from the dryer as I had a family emergency. I called literally seven times and left seven voicemails for this business to please please please put my things to the side and that i would come to get them later …Hey Shannon. Sorry to hear about your family emergency, but we are an unattended laundromat. Items that get left for EXTENDED amount of time do get bagged up by our cleaning people and set aside, but we cannot be responsible if someone walks off with your stuff. Unfortunately we do not have the space or ability to store people's clothes. We also have signs up around the store stating that: 1. Do no leave items unattended. 2. Please remove immediately when finished 3. We cannot be responsible for lost of stolen items. I'm sorry you had a family emergency, but we don't know who or when your clothes walked away. Please be clear to the people that are reading these reviews, that you left your clothes in our store sometime on Saturday afternoon....in the washers. We bagged these up, and you were able to come back some time Sunday and put them in the dryer. Our cleaning people arrived Sunday afternoon to find cold clothes in the dryers so they bagged them up again. We have no idea when you tried to claim the clothes, but they were bagged up and under the folding table.

Place seems well maintained, and the machines allow you to use card, which is excellent if having to export coins from your bank is a hassel for people low on time. It's also open 24 hours/day under normal circumstances, and it doesn't cost as much as other places that have coin only operated machines. I've been using them since 2019.

Prices at this laundromat are reasonable. Place is clean. There has always been an open washing machine and drier when I got there. Only reason I didn't give them a five star rating was change machine took 5 dollar bill and never gave any change and owner never gave me refund.Sorry about the refund but we sent one out... it just came back as there appeared to be an issue with the address you gave us.
