Inflate the tires would probably be free. The owner and the workers are really nice and are not just looking to make money. As far as the install you would need to speak to them. I've never be bamboozled or taken advantage at this place. Awesome place btw
Ya they do. Must pass there inspection and only pay like $5 per tire.
