Great little store and the gentleman is super nice and very helpful. I've personally never called but this sounds like they are having phone issues. Everyone who goes into the store seems to have a good experience, it's just those who call do not.

I live in the area and rely on him for a few feeds. He's usually alone and has hay barns etc along with customers keeping him off the phone. If you need to call first, it takes a few tries.
