Ask for Tommy I loved how my nails turned out. OMG very patient and a perfectionist worth the money without a doubt he did a design on my nails that was a little detailed and he took his tim and did it to my satisfaction this is my definite go to place from now on.

I have been here before, about three times total and my experience this last time was the worst ever; it tops all bad nail experiences in all of my life! I made an appointment for a fill, manicure and spa pedicure. The lady working on my manicure was older, so I thought she must be well experienced; no, not even close. I kept checking to see how my nails were looking and to ask her to clean out nail polish around cuticles, since it’s gel and it’s almost impossible to clean after it sets. She didn’t like that I pointed this detail out and would close her eyes in disapproval every time I asked her to do so. I also asked her to file down the inside of nail ( back side of nail) some nails looked way to thick with the acrylic. Asked her to cut skin that was visibly just hanging from the cuticles. She said that’s my skin peeling, which was obvious, but that’s why I’m getting manicure. One of my nails had a hair or piece of lint and she was just going to leave it there! In a desperate attempt to get a good mani-pedi I took out my wallet and thought, maybe if I show her, her tip first she will be want to do a better job and not be so mad. I was so wrong, it didn’t make a damn difference if I tipped her one penny or $20, which I did!!! Tipped her $20!!! The lady working on my pedi was more receptive to the tip incentive; I tipped her $10! She did mess up and re-did two of my nails on her own. In all i walked out of there paying little over $100 for a mediocre job. And they don’t care about your experience at all or if you come back either. I am embarrassed to say that I read the review and thought, well not all of them are bad, maybe I get a good one, I should have just believed the reviews, THEY ARE ALL ACCURATE 😕
