We had an appointment for 4 pedicures an hour before closing. We arrived at least 5 minutes before and were snapped at by the man up front that they didn’t have time. I repeated that we had an appointment. After checking my phone number he kicked out 2 people who had just came in without an appointment so that they could accommodate us. They seemed frustrated that we were there. Decent pedicures. No under the nail or ingrown care. One of us didn’t get asked which pedicure she wanted and didn’t even get basic pumice scrub on her heels. They show you the 7 minute timer for your “massage” which was really more of a light rub with the lotion. They were finished with us before closing time. It wasn’t awful, just decent, a little rude and unprofessional. Won’t be back.
