Hi, I have used this company for home inspections and is very happy with the quality of work and kindness I received. I was searching for a home for a few years and went through ups and downs when a purchase did not go through. God gave me the strength and faith to keep looking until I finally found the home of my dreams. Certified Inspectors has been with me since day one because I felt comfortable and trusted the inspector. The inspector told me the whole truth and even gave me price estimates of repairs as I was a first time home buyer and new to the game. Praise God I just closed on a home and couldn't be any happier with the home and my inspector. If anyone reads this, be encouraged to keep going after your home dreams, with God all things are possible!

The kindest, most professional company I have ever dealt with. He is highly detailed oriented, takes great care to inspect every single part of the home, and is a joy to communicate with. This company will respond to your inquiries promptly and will go above and beyond to make the clients happy. I am thrilled I was able to find this company, and I am honored to have met Mr. Angelo. Even after successfully completing the inspection, he made sure to check up and see if everything was working out well. Very pleased with the value of this premium quality service.

Very disappointed. Can't stress this enough. If you think this inspection is all in for the price think again. Why would you get home inspection to buy a new home and not want the wind and 4 point to be part of it. This inspector will cost you upwards of $700 for all the info you need to get Insurance and move forward with your deal. Average price all in is $450. Takes forever to get back, even sent me someone else's inspection instead of my own. Good luck.

Angelo was very thorough and professional. He did an amazing job with my home inspection and was able to do it the next day! His website is very user friendly and his report was extremely detailed. He took his time to answer the phone, all my questions, and was happy to have me as his shadow throughout the inspection. I will definitely have him as my go to for anything I need done and will be referring him to everyone I know who is in need of a master inspector.

Yes. Certified Inspectors provide attic inspection services in Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade County. Attic spaces in South Florida homes are often forgotten since its one of those "out of site out of mind" parts of the house. Attic spaces can be used to store belongings, AC units, and even water heaters get installed inside of attics. Sometimes we find electrical wires that were left uncapped creating hazards such as electrocution or fire. Due to the unconditioned, hot, and many times humid condition of attics, they provide the perfect breading grounds for rodents, raccoons, and mold. Additionally, poorly insulated attics can cost homeowners thousands of dollars in unnecessary electricity costs. Call us at (561) 570-6311 to schedule an appointment to have your attic inspected by one of our Certified Master Inspectors.
