I called the salon in the morning and got an appointment the same day. My son got a perm (done in a different salon) and we were not happy with how his hair came out. He was devastated. Rosa redid his perm and it came out exactly how we wanted it. Rosa is a life saver. She was very kind and patient with my son. We will be definitely going back!
