I love this chain, but this particular location always disappoints in terms of customer service. Today was unbelievably bad. Besides getting the vibe that the workers weren't pleased to have to make my order, I was handed a cup with smoothie running down the side. When I asked for a napkin, the girl just stared at me, annoyed and didn't move to get me one. I had to ask FOUR times for a napkin. Why should I have to beg for a napkin? Never got an apology or anything. I will never return, there was no reason for me to receive such treatment.

Usually the smoothies are consistent in quality but today, I could only eat the top half of the smoothie until I realized the bottom half wasn't blended enough. The added supplements were chunky in the smoothie, so I ate pieces of the supplement which isn’t a pleasant taste. Disappointed in the quality since it’s a $7 smoothie.

First time eating here. Had the jerk chicken wraps. Delicious! I think the portion was perfect, as did my big appetite hubby. The kale slaw was good and smoothies insanely good! We will be back!Thank you, Dee! We can't wait to see you again!
