According to their website, they're open till 10pm
Can't get through to them on the phone- calling them repeatedly for half an hour. Not worth it.

Taco Tuesday just started again $2 tacos and Happy Hour drinks from 3-6 pm
Yes they do. I went with a group of 8 and got seated right away w/o reservations though.
