As hotel beds go, these were better than any others. The older we get, the harder it is to sleep in a bed other than your own. We usually feel like we were in a car accident after sleeping in a hotel bed but this location had good beds.

If I could give this place 0 star I would. Worst experience ever. Got a room here for 5 nights and NOT ONCE received maid service. Had to go up to the maids and ask for towels. Dirty showers, Kleenex had 4 tissues in box, no shampoo and conditioner in showers, the bottles were there but were empty. One maid in particular was super rude when ask for anything as if it was coming out of her own pocket. Worst hotel ever! Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else in Bristol. Absolute dump.

Incredibly polite staff! The room was very nice and clean. Surprisingly quiet considering it is right next to the highway. The breakfast was very nice too. They provided a good variety so we all had something we could choose from. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Bristol!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and very convenient location! Ben (night auditor) is the best!! He was so nice and was so eager to help us! The only complaint I have is the breakfast. There should be a lot more option for the price of the rooms! Other than that, it was a great stay!
