Would never do business with this company drove to their facility to try on suit and decide on color. After I picked it out I paid for it item never got shipped after 10 days called them back 3 differant days couldn't find out what happen to my suit. On the final day they said there was a "Hiccup". Would never depend on this company wouldnt recommend. This is just bad service.

I ordered a suit which the fit was way too small. I sent it back paid $25 for re-shipment of the same color but a larger size and they sent a totally different color. When I call the guy was really really rude and hung up on me

First time and last time doing business I bought a suit from them for my son's graduation. Suit was a little big. I returned it for one size lower. They sat on it for about 3 weeks and didn't anything about it. I tried calling them several times, no one picks up phone and it gies to voice mail. I left messages, no one got back to me either. A week to the graduation, I finally got hold of someone who told me the reason they haven't done anything on the return was because I was supposed to pay $35 s/h with my return. I was charged $85 to have exchange overnight delivered to me next day. Suit took more than a week to arrive, by then the graduation which it was supposed to be used for has passed by about 5 days. I was very upset. I called them to let them know how I felt. There was no apologies of any kind, they just simply said they will refunded me $50 out of the $85 they charged me for next day delivery which they didnot act on and that will settle everything . They have ver rude people working there.

This company do not stand by their 100% Guarantee or your money back. We paid for 2 day shipping for 2 suits that we purchased. They sent us 2 suits that was not what we ordered. We kept one that my husband was not happy about because of timing. We sent the other suit back, the color was all wrong, no hand stitching at all. My husband did not even try it on. They only refunded me some of my money back for that suit and not all of it. Customer service is horrible. Please beware of doing business with this company,
