Oof. The Shores Club restaurant shouldn't even pretend to be open... They don't answer the phone. They aren't open during posted hours. Long waits and untrained service when they are open. It's such a shame because this would be a good (well, at least super convenient) location for a well-run restaurant.

Terrible. Bar was understaffed and not trained for a busy night. I don't blame the staff, I blame management. we left and went to the tiki bar outside and it had 1 guy working for over 100 people. They can't get out of their own way.

It was a slow Sunday afternoon at the Shores Club today. We got right in without a wait and sat down where we waited about 13 minutes until a waitress came over. Ordered drinks and appetizers. Nearly a half hour later, the drinks came out …
