Called them and had a great response from them. From the office staff to the driver, everyone was super nice!! I am glad there’s people that still want to work hard and make customers happy.

The original owner retired and so did the quality of this company. The new owner doesn’t seem to have experience managing this type of company and it shows. It’s very disorganized. Apparently, the owner starts his lunch at 12 pm and doesn’t answer back until the next business day. Don’t let this arrogant man steal your money.

Really bad news ! Ran out of propane over Christmas (not their fault). Call first thing after holidays Monday 12/27. Was told I would be contacted by salesman “Alex”. Guess what ? Never called. It’s been 16 days now. Obviously went with another company (Forever Propane) not this bunch of losers. Avoid at all costs.

Worst service ever,had me called out from my job saying they’re coming to turn on my gas and 3 days in a row they never showed up and Ana the assistant had me on hold saying he's gonna talk to her manager regarding the situation so he can call me back, he never did and called back later there was another lady with a low voice telling me that the office is closing at 4h30 and the manager been informed regarding my situation so my Xmas dinner is ruined Because of them, please send me a refund as soon y'all open back on Monday.
