I’m very disappointed with the service of this establishment. My fiancé and I arrived with our children and the employees with relaxing in the front of the restaurant. Since we were driving a far distance today, we needed to use the restrooms before ordering. When we were done using the restrooms we were trying to order food and the workers ignored us for 10 whole minutes. We tried to grab there attention 4-5 times but they were preoccupied with other things like talking to each other, or just flat out ignoring us. I understand that there’s “short staff” or people on break but there was clearly 5 people there working. None of them even acknowledged our presence. This is very unacceptable. We had to go somewhere else to grab food for our children because they were hungry and it seems like no one wanted to provide their service here. So unfortunate. Zero stars.

Waited 10 minutes in the front. I kept being told to hold on as employees stared at me. Another was on the phone. BY FAR the worst customer service of any fast good joint I've ever been to. We ended up not getting served and we ended up leaving. This franchise location is doing jack in the box a huge disservice.

Went to the drive thru and got fast friendly service! Got the new Munchie Madness Box and it was big, hot and delicious and this sauce is life changing. The Creamy Avacodo Lime sauce is Amazing! I wanna put THAT sh!t on everything! More Please!

Good lord. This place. Never going back there again. The kid at the window was nice. But the lady at the counter. Was pretty nasty. Ordered a Sourdough Jack. And it wasn't toasted. And cold. My husband's burger the cheese never melted. It wasn't busy. 1 car behind us. No one inside.
