I started going to the uptown OTF location because it was one of my friends “home” studios and I’ve quickly come to love it as one of the studios I regularly attend classes. All of the staff are friendly and professional, and I’m not sure I have enough positive words I could say about Coach Meg. Her playlists, motivation, support, and ability to be in touch with her clients holistically exceeds any expectations I could’ve had for someone as a fitness coach. If you’re looking for a little extra positivity or something to add a little pep to your step, OTF uptown is where you can find it.

Orangetheory Uptown is the best! Every single person who works there is friendly and kind. Coach Megan is by far the best coach out of all the studios I’ve been to! Joining OT Uptown has been the most positive and motivating experience, I’m hooked!

I have been burning at Uptown for 3 years. I have been to studios all over the country and the world but Uptown is home. Energetic and community focused. Diverse and reflects the neighborhood of University Circle. Come workout with us!

I’ve been a member of Orangetheory for over 6 months, and during that time I have gone to many different branches. None compare to Orangetheory Uptown. Not only are the coaches (specifically Coach Megan, Coach Adelyn and Coach Natalie) amazing in that they push you appropriately, the atmosphere, desk staff, and the members help create a family environment. Walking into the gym is like coming home, and I don’t think that can be understated. I highly recommend giving this location a try, if you’re looking for a new gym!

It’s our top priority to keep our staff and members safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. As recommendations and data change rapidly, our Medical Advisory Board is working hard to ensure studios follow CDC guidance, in addition to state and local government guidance. We recommend contacting your local studio for more information.

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!

Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. We use heart rate-based interval training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise. When wearing our heart rate monitors, your real-time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels. To top it off, our fitness coaches lead the workout to prevent you from overtraining or undertraining.
