Same exact situation happened to us. Checked out on their website, wrong date was selected. We called immediately, they said no refunds or rescheduling is allowed (even though we had several days left before the actual date). Basically just paid double. Was told only the owner could give a refund, it's been weeks and no communication. I see by other reviews that he does this alot. Beware of shady business practices.

We tried to book an experience for our kids birthday, their website glitched out on us (we selected one date and by the time we checked out there was another date selected and we did not catch it) and we accidentally booked the day before, but we noticed right away (within seconds) and called to reschedule for the day after letting them know there was something wrong with their website possibly or there was a glitch. Maybe it was our internet service or computer on our end (completely willing to take responsibility if it was our fault), either way we called IMMEDIATELY to let them know. There was plenty of open times available on their schedule according to their website and I even drove by and they had no customers. It wasn't like they were so busy that they had to lose our on other potential clients. They gave us the runaround, and said there were no refunds. And that we would have to reach out to the owner to get our money back or to reschedule for the day after and still pay full price. So we came the day after and we paid for a session and brought a lot of people. The owner finally reached out after weeks of trying to get a hold of him and was very rude and told us that they are too busy to give refunds and that if we checked out on accident regardless of the situation then they have too many bookings to give refunds. This is not the way you run a business. I understand people probably book a lot and cancel and try to get refunds but this was not a case for us it was a genuine mistake. We did have a good time and the host was extremely hospitable.. but they were not busy at all as a matter of fact I have a business in the area and they are never busy in fact quite the opposite. This seems to be a failing business that is taking it out on unsuspecting clientele. Buyer beware, there are plenty of other escape rooms with better customer service. It's very unfortunate because if we hadn't gone through this we would probably come back and try another one of their themes. As a local business owner I don't care about the money I'm more worried about how they are taking advantage of their patrons and local community. Do better. Don't be like this guy that obviously has no clue how to operate a business. You could have easily had a fan forever if you would have approached the situation differently. (Edit: You can tell by the owner's reply below that this is obviously not a good local business to support. Check his reply 😂)

Riot Demon

I have been to seven different rooms at Will to Escape. They are all super immersive. Once the door is closed you are no longer in abacoa. You are on a spaceship, or in a subway. You are in Egypt, or you are in a movie. The theming is done very well. The puzzles are really fun and varied between the different rooms. I can't wait for the newest room. My friends and I have been having so much fun with them. Right after every room we have spent almost as much time talking about them as we did trying to solve them. I highly recommend for you to check out this escape room!

This place was awesome, the guy that helped us was great also (I think his name was Tabor). He was super attentive so when we had idiot moments he was ready for us to ask for a clue.
