This gym staff was great. I am visiting from out of town and the process of getting a guest pass was so simple and quick. I was able to pop in and get in a workout on my business trip with no hiccups. This’ll be my gym when I’m in town for sure

This gym has the oldest equipment I have ever seen. Doesn’t look like they have updated things in over 20 years. I have been going for months in hopes they would get better but no. It’s worse every time I come in. Something is always broken and the women's bathroom is always so dirty. Staff is always changing and none of them know the answers to questions about the facility. There doesn’t seem to be any real managment. There is a greater at the front that almost never greets you. Just trying to save people time and money.

The staff need to learn some courtesy. I was rudely told “the club closes at 7” as soon as I enter the club at approx 6pm. No “hi” or “hello”. Expected better from LA fitness.
