I gave a hundred dollar deposit at the desk because I paid cash. I didn't get a receipt. When I checked out they said that I never paid a deposit. So... My advice is if you have to pay cash. Make sure you get a receipt or you will not get your deposit back. I contacted the main office. Nobody has yet to talk to me about this and make it right.

Place seems dingy. Door frames have rust. Room was ok but the coffee caddy was not stocked and minimal cleaning is done. Walls in the hall look like the paint is about to peel off. No extra pillows but if you ring the buzzer for help at the front desk you can here the staff sigh behind the wall before coming to assist you.

Positive: Not much Negative: The non smoking room smelled like smoke in the bathroom. The window was broken. Bathroom dingy. Artwork had been removed. The mirror had pieces of old wall stuck to it. The hallways smelled like weed. Kids ran up and down the hallway all night.

Positive: To close to railroad tracks. Ac had 1 setting. Barely any air flow. I understand it's a hotel and there are children present. But I expect after 10 pm I should not be disturbed by kids running in hallway. Negative: Location

Maybe they have medical cards.. again it's a medically legal state.

Why does this entire place smell like weed every time I stay here? I think management needs to do something about it unless it's management that is allowing this to go on...

You shouldn't be that surprised, especially now that Ohio is medically legal. Secondhand smoke doesn't exist for it. And if it's that bothersome use another hotel.

Do they allow pets? I have 2 dogs
