We are from out of state and took my mother for dinner. The food was ok, but the service was awful. The server spilled a cocktail on the table and it took us 25 minutes to get an appetizer. The restaurant was not busy. She brought our salads and served the wrong salad and dressing to people. Our food finally came 20 minutes later. She never asked about another cocktail. We had to ask for water and finally had to walk over where she was rolling silverware and ask for the check. She never cleared one thing from the table. When we left all the appetizer, salad and entree dishes were still on the table. She never said thank you and when I spoke to a person in charge she said she was new and was not doing well. Why did someone not step in and help here or take over. So we were the ones who payed the price and had a not so pleasant experience.

We sat at the bar ordered the nachos they were stale & it was missing toppings. They had no bush light beer or bud light. The rolls were good. My roast beef sandwich came with only cheese no sauce. The western burger was good but the service needed to be better.

I went with my family of 3 tonight and the service was horrible. I ordered 2 pieces of Cod and this is what I was served. This is not on the location itself but the franchise as a whole. This is clearly 1 filet cut in half and presented as 2 pieces. This is so unacceptable.

I came to this location for lunch. Our server Lindsey was amazing! I can’t remember the last time service was this excellent anywhere I have been. She was fun, professional, food was on point and she remembered every detail. Drinks never ran empty and never made you feel annoying for asking for things. I completely recommend this location and if you get Lindsey take care of her cause she we definitely take care of you!
