Would have been 1 star. But the food is usually good so I’m giving a second star bc of that. 1 star for service. It must be a prerequisite to ignore customers. Seriously no one says hello, welcome, can I help you, how are you today, or thank you. Zero customer service. I mean what’s going on with management? Three employees in the deli standing there chatting amongst themselves & not helping customers. I live in Ojai & work in Ojai and this was my last time giving them my money. Get some new leadership!!

💕Love this place!💕 Even though there are a few organic grocers around Ojai, we stop here every visit. It's our second stop once in Ojai, after the Farmer's Market on Sundays (and before Jim & Rob's) We can't wait to check out the Maker's Market on Thursday nights 3-7!

I buy fruit and some produce there and have not had anything like that happen. Maybe write to them about it?
They used to carry it, Aztec clay. You can always call rainbow bridge.
Best to call them directly to ask such a detailed question because most businesses don't check these questions.
