Agent was disrespectful and disregard my problem. Went to the back to look for letter/envelope for 2 minutes and came to tell me that I needed to come back later when they had more time to look for it… awful service

Not too busy, social distancing in place. many postal services and post office boxes available.
I think i mailed a letter without addressing it, no return address either. WHat can I do? I can describe it and I believe I put a stamp on it. I know the date it was mailed and the post office.

Go to the post office you send the letter. If it wasn't that long ago, they should still have it there in a file.

This offices is first come for served. If you have a current passport already just fill out DS-82 send it along with your marriage certificate with payment to renew the passport.

the passport office has no appointments, its first come first serve, u should come really early to be in frint of line becuz the lines get really long

I visit this Post Office a few times a week and see many people waiting for the passport office. Some bring a chair, others sit in their cars. My experience there was quick, but that was many years ago. A recent article in the VC Reporter cites waits of 3 hours or more. Some days the line at 10AM is long enough for the whole day. If you are looking to renew, doing it online is much easier.
How can i get my mail if i didnt pay the renewal for my PO box?

I would think you should submit a "change of address" form so they can forward your mail.
