I called ahead as I have lots of aluminum (shutters, carport, etc) that we are removing from our new home but I have a carry limit due to a spinal injury. "No problem, bring it in and we will take care of it." Second trip today, everyone is super helpful and just nice. They even sorted so I would get the best return. I would never consider another scrap metal yard. Going back tomorrow.

Hi Missi, we do not take complete A/C units. A/C units must be broken down. Please make sure to have all refrigerants removed, and all materials separated from each other before arriving to our site. In my experience, customers are likely to earn more money in scrap value by selling the components (copper/aluminum radiator, #2 copper, compressor, electric motor, insulated copper wire, light iron, etc...) opposed to selling the unit whole.
