I spoke with Peter and he was very nice and helpful at the beginning but once I scheduled my move he didn’t do anything. I put down my $350 deposit and scheduled a move for Tuesday but they called later saying they would have to reschedule to Thursday. Fine. I waited all day Thursday and gave them a call around 4 to check the status and the customer service rep said the movers would be calling me when they’re on their way. 5 o’clock rolled around and nobody showed up. I called the next day and they claimed that I had canceled my appointment but that’s not true. They also claimed that they refunded my deposit but it was still on my credit card statement so I had to dispute it with my bank. Worst experience ever from a moving company!! Total scammers

I could give them zero stars I would! This was by far the worse company we’ve EVER dealt with. Not only are the people not actual employees they literally hire anyone off the street! The driver pulls up and the other ‘employees’ drive up in their own cars. Once we got to talking to one of the ‘movers’ he stated that he saw the posting online and they paid cash so he called them and he was basically given an address. We had STRANGERS in our home moving our things into it. These people weren’t offered tools to help build back our furniture, a lot of things we’re broken, things weren’t built just dumped into the rooms. We moved states away. That In itself is stressful enough. We were quoted cheaper then other moving companies so to me it was a bit of a red flag. They gave us a moving window and we needed to be out of our old place. Once they came in and started moving our things they DOUBLED the price! DOUBLED! Time was of the essence so we decided to bite the bullet. The ‘owner’ is very unprofessional, very rude, doesn’t know how to talk to people and by far the worse of the worse when it comes to customer service. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

STAY AWAY! They took over 6 weeks to deliver my stuff and much of it was ruined upon delivery. They also "forgot" our couch and refused to return it after several attempts. The people they hired to deliver our stuff were completely incompetent and had no interest in doing a good job. Basically threw our stuff inside and left. Horrible!

Do not use them. I called the U.S. Dept. Of Transportation. They stole our property and destroyed everything we own. They don't want to pay 31,000.00 worth of damage. THEY DO NOT HAVE A LICENSE TO OPERATE. They are THIEFS and Liars. RUN. RUN VERY FAST AWAY FROM THIS ILLEGAL COMPANY.
