Thought I would give E-Z Way another chance after using a different laundromat for the past year and it hasn't improved much. The restroom is still out of service like it has been for the last couple years. New machines have been installed, but many of them out of order already. From a customer's perspective the management seems to only worry about making money and not investing back into the business so it can be sustainable.

I was in there yesterday (03/03/2020) and for the first time in 3 years (first time using this location) there were zero machines out of order. The bathroom on the other hand is still not fixed.
