I have nothing but bad experiences from Sysco. They leave something off your food order just about every single week, or send the wrong thing. We are supposed to get early morning deliveries. They have been showing up late for a while now. Causing us to run out of food and loose business. Please stop costing us money and do absolutely nothing to compensate us for. My opinion, Performance is a much better company, we never had problems with them. So please don’t come back with an apology and tell me you all pride yourself in good customer service, because you don’t. The sorries are just not cutting it anymore.

Arrived at 5am for 6am appointment with 10 pallets frozen chicken! Finally they gave me a door just after 9am! They assigned me door 35 which had a Sysco trailer in it! Then assigned me two more doors that had trucks in them! Finally after everyone else came and left I got another door! It’s now 13:00 and I’m bout to leave the property! Lost my weekend backhaul due to these people and now have no load! I will never be back to such a disaster! It’s one excuse after another just read the reviews they don’t lie! They don’t care because they see and reply to these feedbacks but nothing changes! You have been warned so don’t come here unless you have nothing to do for the rest of that day!

I have lived in Knoxville for 7 years now, but I’ve been in the industry my whole life. So I’ve gone to Sysco for more than 20 years in multiple States. This guy Andy at Will Call is the most incompetent, laziest, rudest employee I’ve ever dealt with. He is a complete misrepresentation of what I feel Sysco wants to portray. You may want to reevaluate his position and move him somewhere else. Somewhere back in an office where he never interacts with any customers ever. I truly dread coming to pick up my order these days, and it’s all because of this one guy. And I’m not alone in my opinion. When we’re all sitting there waiting for our orders, we all talk. Just sayin’……
