I found Buy Rite online while looking for a hooded hair dryer. I’d had it with cheap, ineffective dryers so I called to find out if what I saw online was legitimate. The customer service associate was very nice; upon hearing my questions she put me through to the President of the company. “I will give him the message and he will be in touch very shortly.” Not twenty minutes later I got a call from Richard Eicholtz, the president of Buy Rite. I told him his returned call was big deal because he kept his word and didn’t hand me off to someone. He described the products, and which one would be right for me. I only needed the dryer for personal use and wouldn’t be operating it every day or even every week. He offered a dryer he had discounted in store for sale; but I’d have to come to the showroom to pick it up. I did so, and he gave me what I think was a decent price. As the web site says, I got a warranty with the product and went on my way. I would recommend this store for anyone looking for professional grade products, and items for at home use. I was super happy with my purchases from Buy Rite! I was on a very limited budget and Richard patiently worked with me to find ALL the pieces I needed to set up a private salon suite. He helped find quality pieces in my price range (that I love) from the show room scratch and dent department and I was able to take everything w me that day! Overall, it was just so nice to walk in and physically see and fell the equipment! I will be back for sure!

We had blast with Mr. Richard his and his assistant, they both were friendly from beginning to the end of us purchasing replacement equipment for our Barber School. We will definitely return to purchase more equipment for our next project. "Great 1st day Mr. Richard"....Lol !!!!!!
