This was my first time picking up item at Event.Decor.Direct. I was confronted by Jose, who had very poor customer service skills. When I came to pickup my order today. I was approached by Jose, who clearly had an attitude. Instead of asking me about my order pickup he decided to rant about ringing the service bell that was inside the display room while I was standing by the door. I simply didn't see it. Instead of helping me as a customer he decided to scold me regarding a service bell. Usuallythe staff is very helpful and super nice but with Jose it wasn't a positive or pleasant at all.

We have had excellent service with this company in the past. One of the pieces of the arch below has been repainted in not matching gold paint. The equipment they sent seems to be previously used and damaged equipment. Their customer service has been non existent. We also ordered a dance floor and paid over $500 in shipping charges, it has not arrived.

This is, by far, the most wonderful source for an event planner’s needs. The staff is beyond courteous and kind. We are thrilled with their service and products (especially the ITY stretch, wrinkle-free draping fabric. Beautiful!) 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
