DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT. WE WAITED OVER 4 HOURS TO RECEIVE OUR ORDER. A group of friends and I were in West Virginia for vacation and ordered dinner from here. When we went to the restaurant to pick up the meal at the time indicated by our email (about 30mins after ordering), they apologized and said it would not be ready for another hour or so. They promised to call with updates. After an additional 1.5 hours of waiting we called and they said sorry the food is taking longer than expected. After another 1.5 hours we called again and they told us they had not started our order. At this point the restaurant was about to close. They promised they would make our food and refund us for our over 3 hour wait. We continued to wait for a call, which we never received so went to the restaurant for a second time and found the food was not ready. We waited another 45 minutes before the food was ready. They again promised to refund us. However their definition of "refund" was 15% off. On top of that, the food was mediocre at best. Unless you have 4-5 hours to wait for a meal, avoid this establishment. My friends and I will never be back due to the horrific customer service here.

I devoured this food, totally recommend it for anyone who enjoys good food! Pros: - Very kind service, insisted to give us a *free* refill even though we didn't ask for one. - They make the dough and sauce home-made - The toppings are fresh and flavorful - Served warm- with a smile!

Crust is freaking amazing to the max!!! flaky like a pastry and soft, just the bestest.. make sure to get the veggie pizza!!! It’s amazing.. one of the best in the US.. LOVE this place..

Bella has a good variety of food and their no contact delivery service is convenient and prompt. Particularly in White Sulphur, there aren't many choices close by with as large of a menu or as good quality of food. Some items are fryer or convenience eating but they have a lot of common Italian dishes too. I would recommend a hot sandwich, the chicken pita is one of my favorites and the pepperoni roll is also very tasty.
