Monroe Drive has some amazing employees. Miss Dyamond was absolutely awesome helping us with our storage situation. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. She made our experience one that was positive instead of frustrating. I can truthfully commend Public Storage for having such an employee. She is an awesome asset to your company.

Started off fine, but my monthly bill went up an additional $50. That would be understandable if there were new and improved services, but I pay for an exterior lot space. You can barely see the numbers as it is, and the trees dump all over the cars that are stored here. It was barely worth the price then, and it certainly is not worth it now. It's a shame.

I have been a tenant for 6+ years. It is well run and clean. In particular, the Property Manager for the past 3 years, Dymond, is exceptional. Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. Her support is largely the reason that I continue to renew.

Came by to inquire about a space. Sharon was very helpful and showed me the different sizes that could help me store my items. They also have a good variety of boxes and other packing stuff.
