Don't stay here if you have a service dog, not ESA, an ADA recognized service dog!! We were denied our hotel room at the Sleep Inn because we did not have a mysterious certificate saying my husband's service dog was in fact a service dog. I stated per the ADA law that's not a thing, the front desk clerk stated it was. I offered my husband's prescription or letter from the doctor she declined. I requested to talk with a manager I was denied. I pulled up the law, she agreed with the law but said the owner requires an ID or certificate, I told her that's illegal and left. The kicker we stayed at the same hotel on 07/02/2022 with no issues. Civil rights action is being taken and I will talk with the military affairs office to blacklist this hotel! Update 7/14/22: This hotel double charged me for the actual stay they allowed with our service dog! Found it while reconciling my vacation charges.

I liked the room. I believe that the bathroom didn't provide enough privacy but it worked. I never ate breakfast but I seen that it was a good selection. The room was clean. The hotel smelled nice and the landscaping was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and the location was perfect. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Positive: You can only access the rooms via the hotel lobby which lends itself to be very quiet. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the room was cleaned everyday unlike other hotels of its rating. The furnishings were comfortable.

I manage a Comfort Suites in Columbia, so my normal choice is to stay in a CS but we visited this property the last time we came to Atlanta and had a very pleasant stay. I mistakenly left 4 pair of designer shoes and an Eddie Bauer book bag at the property when we checked out. Ms. Yolanda mailed them to me without a problem. We came back last night and chose to stay there again. And guess who we saw that wonderful Yolanda 😀... Sleep Inn should be grateful to have such a beautiful and kind person.
