Please!! pleas stay alway! If you are thinking about purchasing a electric scooter look somewhere else. . I have $1700 useless electric scooter now.The owner name is Rick Marabini at the Hypertoyz is a scam artist. He absolutely has no ethical value and he's very dishonest i have reached out to Better business bureau and reported Hypertoyz.The electric scooter will break and you'll have to deal with it. That's what happened to my scooter. I call multiple times and always gives me different excuses... very shady business. Customer support is terrible he'll come as genuine and give you excuses why he doesn't know?.It's coming from China I have no control! Same story...all the time. It's been over 15 months . The problem is you can't buy some spare parts and owner doesn't want to deal it customer concerns,Just get the cash and run.i will be happy to remove my complaints when I receive my battery back.all the 5 star review are fake terrible service.. what kind of business doesn't return customer product. Probably doesn't want pay shipping . Check out apollo scooter best scooter. Made in Canada not made in China. Also Check out boosted electric board made in America. It's been o er a year now still didn't return my battery. Terrible.
