Terrible experience. I needed to get a white button up shirt for MY OWN WEDDING and was told I wasn’t allowed to try on my shirt that I wanted to purchase. Terrible customer service. Highly disappointed. Would love to speak with someone regarding my visit.

I do not give 1 star reviews, this place deserves it and then some. We had an appointment set up a month in advance for 7 of us to be fitted for a wedding, when I arrived the manager immediately was snarky towards me telling me it would take over 4 hours to measure us, then told us to reschedule because he didn't have enough people to measure us. Here is the problem, I had people from out of town coming to measured and on this day if the manager didn't have the people to take care of us, it would have been professional to call us and state that, instead of all of us showing up and him react that way. Absolutely the worst customer service I have been involved with. That's okay because Tuxedo Junction was delighted to have us and earn the money Men's Wearhouse turned away. Stay away from this location.

Awful experience. Ignored when I walked in. Asked for help and dismissed. Others were helped instantly while I continued to wait. I eventually left without service.
