I stayed at this hotel and paid through a third-party. I had my confirmation number and everything ready sets ago but the Clarion Hotel has a slow system that didn’t see the confirmation yet so they ended up charging my card directly through the hotel as well. The representative said that I would receive a refund in 7 to 10 business days it has now been 15 days and I haven’t received a call back after calling at least six times nor have I received my money back. Each time I call the hotel I get a very unprofessional response as well as a little to no empathy for the trouble that they haven’t put me through. I have no idea why this hotel is classified to be a decent hotel. All of the furniture in the foyer is visibly dirty and the representatives are clearly paid a little to nothing and it shows through their attitude and wardrobe. You’re better off saying that a Motel

This is the most horrible property I've ever stayed at. Being in the hotel business myself for 20+ years, I have never had the problems I've had at this hotel. I had to pay almost $12 for parking on their property. I'm am employee for Choice so I got a decent rate to stay there. However, thought my payment was only $51.30, they took over $250 out of my account. I understand there was an outrageous deposit. However, over $250 whey I was told the deposit was $75 and my receipt showed I authorized $126.30. The hotel was filthy. The staff is rude as all get out. The smell was disgusting throughout. I did not feel safe at all. I don't recommend this place to anyone. All my husband and I did was sleep for about 5 hours. Or should I say we tried to sleep. There was so much noise at 2am it made it hard too. Not only that...we had to walk 5 flights of stairs because the only elevator working was being held up by immature adults. Very unacceptable. Never again

Do not book here. I ended up here due to a cancelled flight. I wanted to stay somewhere close. The WHOLE HOTEL SMELLS HORRIBLE and my sense of smell is weak so I no it's even worse than I experienced. My room was lived in and not clean, they put me in a different room on a floor that was going through construction. The hallway was wet with paint and the floors was stained in every spot. The staff was laughing at a women complaining her room was dirty. This place is ridiculous. Turn into a pawn shop

I stayed here a year ago and it was ok, this time was worse. They charge you 11 per night to park (didn’t last year) elevator on one end didn’t work, no ice unless you ask the front desk, hallway and rooms smell musty, dirty towel left In bathroom hanging behind the door, paper thin walls where you can hear the conversation next door, constant banging and noise and the room didn’t feel clean…. Just overall bad experience. Save your time and money. Thank goodness I didn’t see any roaches like some people, I’ll be booking somewhere cleaner next time.
