3 stars at best but I will give them a 2-star rating given my experience. I wanted to fix my old luggage (handle, wheels & zippers). They did an okay job fixing it, but the issue was the professionalism/how they run the business. 1. Not organized. They have a paper ticket system that they don’t manage – their “system” is a pile of paper, and they lost my order several times. 2. Not clean. When I got my luggage back, it had food crumbs all over it. 3. Value. I paid the equivalent of buying a new suitcase. 4. Time to complete. They originally told me it would be a week but I think they lost the ticket and never ordered the parts. It took about 3 weeks. 5. Customer Service. Even when I called to find out the status of my luggage, he said he would call me back in a few minutes but called me back in a couple of days. Nice people but they need to upgrade their business on several dimensions.
