We recently bought lamps for our new apartment and working with Matthew Hernandez at the Lighting Depot was a joy! After he got an idea of what we wanted by looking at many catalogs, he then showed us similar lamps that were in the showroom. His customer service and attention to detail were impeccable. Seven lamps later, I would recommend this store to anybody.

Fantastic selection and excellent customer service! The owner, Jon, went above and beyond to help us pick out our living and dining room chandeliers. We also appreciated the patience he and his team had with our multiple visits to look at all the options and our energetic toddler (the store has a nice play table area for little ones). Jon was also tremendously helpful with solving a complicated lighting fixture install issue. Great place and awesome owner. We look forward to buying our bathroom and entryway lighting there soon too!

Just walked out of the Pembroke Pines location quite disappointed. Both me and my husband went in to buy 11 different lights as we’re doing major remodeling. I was excited to shop here as it came highly recommended but we walked in and no greeting. However, we were in the store for at least 10 minutes and no one acknowledged us. One associate was sitting on the couch on the phone and the other was with a customer. We decided to leave and not one of them even stopped us or said thanks for coming. Disappointed. ***UPDATE I truly appreciate your response and owning it! For that I will change my rating.

Great customer service. Honestly was a great to experience to be able to get the help I was looking for. Very respectful and professional. I would recommend shopping with lighting depot to anyone I know. Don’t miss out on the great deals they have and they will point you in the right direction for what your looking for. To most opinions don’t matter but here at lighting depot was a first time I can honestly say it was easy to make a decision with the help from these employees
