BEWARE! THIS IS THE WORST FACILITY IN SOUTH FLORIDA. THEY WILL KILL YOUR LOVED ONE! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. SERIOUSLY... THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT ARE INCREDIBLY RUDE AND HEARTLESS, THEY DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH "PROBLEM" PATIENTS - THEY WILL "DUMP" THEM AKA SEND THEM TO THE HOSPITAL TO HAVE THEM RELOCATED BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO DEAL. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A "REHAB/NURSING HOME", IT'S MORE LIKE A DEATH WISH. THINK TWICE BEFORE EVEN CONSIDERING THIS POS FACILITY.

Exceptional Care, Team and Service!!! The entire staff should be recognized for helping my mom with her Therapy. Elsie was amazing with grandmother years ago and this year helped my mom after she broke her hip. She was caring, kind, skilled and a true professional. All the nurses are stellar. Cody, keep doing what your doing, your team top notch.

Life Care? More like Death Care.. my dad was taken back to the hospital 4 days after being here solely for pure negligence. Stay away from this place at all costs.

I was very skeptical about putting my mom in a rehab so last minute I did a quick review on this place. I called Ashanti and she assured me that I would not be disappointed. Si decided I would it this place a try . The staff was awesome the chef is is good the nurse was very helpful. Cecile she take care of my mom needs even before my mom leave she make sure she has the proper care and equipment. Susan and Sharon those two therapist they are the best awesome loulouse and Jennifer very caring they all are awesome staff everyone. . I would recommend this place 100 percent
