Positive: Absolutely NOTHING Negative: Absolutely EVERYTHING! The biggest problem? BEDBUGS! Sprayed room with Lysol upon arriving on Wednesday; noticed bug bites on my neck and arms Friday morning. I have photos of the bites and a video of a bug crawling across the bed.

The room was suitable for last minute lodging. Microwave, fridge, king size bed and a flat screen. However the lamps should be replaced or repaired due to rust.

Is it normal for nobody to be around for when someone's key doesn't work? There should at least be a number for when stuff like that happens!! Why should someone have to leave their things there and get another hotel because you guys can't get it together? I am absolutely shocked that this is the kind of service you guys offer. Do not stay here if you want to be able to actually rely on having a place to sleep and not be locked out without your belongings! Terrible that someone can travel from states away to see their sick father in the hospital only to be welcomed by more stress and absolutely no service! Not worth it, people! Do yourselves a favor and find somewhere else.... Anywhere else!!!
