Lisa Reznik provided a terrific assist in finding an almost sold out & popular bag for me. Their store was out of stock but she provided contact info for 3 stores that MAY have had some available. I struck gold on my second call! The bag is out of stock online and I would never have found it without her help. She was friendly, courteous, and CLUTCH! She even asked me to call her back with an update! When most stores are understaffed and overworked, Coach Outlet really found a gem. Thank you so much for going above and beyond, Lisa!

Terrible customer service. My husband and son walked into the store behind another couple. The couple were not only greeted but assisted with their selections. My husband and son were ignored -not even a simple greeting- until he requested assistance with his purchases. Such a shame to see a company allow employees to be so rude to paying customers. Just a thought- take your business to a place that treats everyone equally and shows respect - not only respect because they are a customer but simple respect for another person in general.
