My Son and Daughter inlaw picked this venue Bed and Breakfast for their wedding on July 2, 2022. This Property is beautiful, huge, and well manicured. The house / B&B has around 5 bedrooms- large kitchen- dining- and sitting area. There is a full basement with Recreation and Bar area. There are several bathrooms and the decor is antique. My only issue is that it could use some TLC- the inside is definitely showing some wear and tear. The outside Oaktree area where the Ceremony was held is nicely decorated and shaded. The Patio which held the Happy Hour was nice and modern. The guests were able to move around and enjoy themselves. The Reception Glasshouse was my favorite. It was modern, spacious, with floor to ceiling glass all around- perfect for the occasion with all the amenities. The Parking area was alittle to the bottom of the property, but the golf cart transporting the Guests to and from made it nice and convenient. The landscape is beautiful- there is a Fountain with seating, swing for swinging, corn hole game, and lots of mingling space. The Staff were Awesome!!! Sorry I didn't get everyone's name. They made the Wedding Day Perfect!!!! The Coordinators, The Bartender, The Cart Driver, The D.J, The Servers, The Catering. Thank you all so much. If an outside Wedding with a beautiful country flare is in your future- please consider the Waverley Estates- you will not be disappointed.

Waverly Estate provided the best canvas for our fall wedding. So many of our guests told us our wedding was the best they've ever been to. We initially planned on having an outdoor ceremony but the on-site historic chapel felt so warm and special that we decided to have it inside and it was the most gorgeous part of our day. It's so convenient having a place to get ready, have the ceremony, have the reception, and sleep. And there is so much space that people can spread out if they want to. The property is beautifully manicures but also very natural looking. They have some of the most gorgeous trees and we took so many photos under the willow. I chose Waverly Estate because I didn't want something too rustic looking but I did want an antique feel. It definitely helped me accomplish that. The patio right outside of the house makes a perfect place to hold both the rehearsal dinner and the cocktail hour. There are plenty of photo-ops for guests to have fun both before and after the ceremony. We had a second shooter photographer at our wedding who got so many great photos of our friends and family during the cocktail hour. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything run smoothly. Johanna and Michelle made me feel super supported all day. The owner, Sarah Brown is very communicative and always got back to me the same day if I have any questions. She makes things very clear so you can understand what you are paying for. The packages they offer will ultimately save you money and make the process a lot less stressful. This is not a reason to knock off a star but it should be noted that they do not have wifi and the signal is pretty spotty. That being said it was actually really nice to be unplugged because on the day of your wedding everyone should be able to figure out what they are doing without the bride and groom's help. It was a nice place to kick back with our family without having everyone on their phones. Overall our wedding day was the most memorable day of our lives and I cannot stop gushing over how many gorgeous photos we got because of how many different backdrops the estate has to offer. As I said before the estate is a nice canvas and it has a lot of charm and I think it has something to offer couples any time of the year.
