Was so disgusted at what I seen today. A worker (had a heavy accent sounded Russian)there was yelling at old lady and speaking to her in a rude manner. And had the nerve to make a rude comment that it needs be only white people working at the front desk.

Incredible screen, sound and overall experience. I was sitting in the 2nd to last row and the screen still looked massive. Worth the drive for a special movie (especially one with Imax scenes).

Came to watch the movie “Nope” at 5:25. Showed up at 4:55 and the box office isn’t even open, then once we got tickets we weren’t allowed in the theater. They said a documentary was running late and they needed to clean the theater. I’m not sure how that happens in the first place, but even still you know how late it is, why not flex an extra worker over there? 5:30 and we weren’t even in the theater yet. That being said, the theater itself is nice. Update: After watching a movie I updated my review. The theater itself is phenomenal, and I’m sure the weird stuff before wasnt a regular occurrence.

That would be great! Unless it's already planned, I don't see it happening quickly enough. Maybe suggest for 2020.
Not sure. Haven't heard about that one.
The Museum has a 7D Theater that features several different experiences. It seat 12 people. The AutoNation IMAX Theater features both 3D and 2D films. No, the box office can print you the tickets if you haven't already or you can go directly into the imax theater and the ushers will scan your print at home tickets both printed or on your cell phone
There are some handicap seats at the very top. You can let the staff know and they will allow you to take the elevator and enter the theater from the second floor. All other guests enter the theater from the doors in the first floor.
Check the website for the movie listing. I doubt that they will post Nov movies this early. They offer senior citizen discounts & group discounts but i doubt you can combine it.
Call them. There is no way you can make online reservations. You have to buy the tickets in person or by phone
Adults $15.00 Seniors (65+) $15.00 Military $12.00 Child (2-12) $12.00
It is about $14 but they charge a convenience fee for booking over the phone. If you want priority entering the theater, there is a separate charge for it. When you add up, you could spend from $15 to $24
They change the password every morning. Ask any manager, usher or ticket office what the password of the day is.
What will be playing at the IMAX theater in November, 2018? Do you have group rates for seniors?
