I can't say enough wonderful things about ACF. In 2021, we adopted our son through this adoption agency. As adoptive parents, it is easy to say that they were great to work with because we are on the positive side of the experience. What we were most impressed with was the relationship and care they took of our son's birth mom. She told us from the first person she spoke with at the agency, how they treated her with respect and concern. Once placement was made, they encouraged our family and her to build a relationship and now she is a very special person in our life and we love catching up with her weekly. As a waiting family, we registered with multiple adoption agencies, but few reflected an ethical team who truly was working in the best interest of all parties involved. Adoption has been a journey we have been on for years and agencies like ACF are far and few between.

ACF adoptions are nothing but fraudulent people they told me that I was going to have an open adoption and the adoption wasn't even open I have not heard from the adopted parents I have not gotten any letters I have not gotten any pictures or anything from this supposedly fraudulent adoption agency I do not believe that they're doing a good job and helping people find a good family for their child or children very fake Rob is a liar and he discriminates against a lot of people I feel like this agency is doing fraud and they go after people that do not have a place to stay they go after the homeless I would never ever ever recommend this adoption agency to nobody in life

My family is so grateful for ACF Adoptions. Everyone there who helped us during our journey-- Rob, Jacqueline, Yazmin, Nika-- was amazing. Before being connected to Rob through our home study social worker, my husband and I had been through over two and a half years of heartbreak and failed matches through an adoption facilitator. (We would not recommend going the facilitator route.) A special situation had arisen, which lead to us quickly and unexpectedly becoming the lucky parents of twin toddlers. Rob was kind, patient, and empathetic through the stressful and uncertain parts of the process, and we could always depend on his clear communication and expertise. We know that the agency had supported the birth family through the difficult parts of their journey as well. We highly recommend ACF Adoptions.
