Great area but stay at another place. Resort fee really… for what? No ice machine. They’ll bring you ice but only during specific hours. Bathtub all chipped. Pool always needs cleaning…. I have to do that. 2 small refrigerators. The grounds are kept very well and staff is great.

What a FABULOUS find! We had such an amazing room with the most spectacular sunrise view. Delray never disappoints nor does this resort! My family actually bought a time share here many, many years ago so it was fun to go back. Great location within a stones through to the beach, Boston's, Burger Fi and shopping. Great way to spend our Anniversary

Great location. Cross the street to the beach. Makes it easy to wake for the sunrise. Friendly and attentive staff. Clean pool, accessible bbq's, nice rooms. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Went through RCI but had no problems. Very nice place. Across the street from the beach. Beautiful view. Condo was very nice. My only complaint-the kitchen was very tight and not really equipped if you want to do alot of cooking there. Had 2 dorm size refrigerators instead of a regular fridge so we couldn't store much food and drink at a time or have anything frozen. That would not keep me from going back but I'd be better prepared next time.
I bought chairs and left them there.. huge rip off to Rent..
