Ordered for delivery to our hotel. Received a message it was being delivered by Door Dash. 45 minutes later the tracking shows delivered but there is no pizza. Called the front lobby, no pizza. Called the store, they said they can refund but dont know why it wasnt delivered because they gave the door dasher the correct address. Took my refund and had to go find food somewhere else. Door Dash is terrible.

Terrible delivery experience. Called my driver asking where he’s at and was continuously hung up on and ignored. At delivery arrival he told my order charge as I was paying in cash and noticed he did not deliver my drinks I ordered and still demanded payment for the drinks (mind you he didn’t even have them in the car with him) I’m not sure what they use for a delivery service but I will NOT be ordering from this specific pizza hut ever again. And to top it all off my food was cold!!

The most uncomfortable Pizza Hut in Utah. Asked if I could order, lady said yes and confirmed to me that I wanted a small pepperoni pizza (she did not enter the order in the computer, which did seem odd). As she went to do what I naively assumed was to make my pizza, I sat for 20 minutes in a completely silent Pizza Hut. The only time I heard anyone speak was to leave to deliver pizza. After 20 minutes, I asked if my pizza was ready since the worker was silently on her phone. They asked what the name on the order was, but I did not give a name at any point. I left because she obviously did not realize that I wanted to actually order a pizza and didn't just want to sit uncomfortably silent on the bench for 20 minutes for fun. I really thought I had very deliberately ordered a small cheese pizza, but sitting there really had me questioning my sanity.

App didn't work. Website wasted time taking my order only to announce later that the store I chose was closed. Both pizzas I ordered was ruined by the second store by adding ingredients I never asked for. Adding pepperoni to pizza is not an act of kindness when you are dong that to a vegetarian.
