Just spent 29 minutes on the phone with Laura M. She is a customer service representative that deserves a shout out. She listens to your concerns and takes care of you quickly and promptly. She is a fund of knowledge and really made the experience pleasurable. I am loving my aroma 360 and finally found a sent that I'm head over heels for. I have joined their subscribe and save program and look forward to my house smelling like a hotel lobby every day I come home. It has taken some trial and error but definitely worth it! This company is fraud and operated deceitful. Do not buy from them. They make you sign a 36month contract to buy oils. Not the machine the oils. Who signs a contract for 3 years to buy oil. They do not disclose any of this when your on the phone with the sales rep. You can't get in touch with anyone. Put on hold for long periods of time. This is NOT AN HONEST COMPANY!!! BUYER BEWARE. .

One star too generous. I tried this product for less than 25 days - my eyes burned, my family was coughing and unwell. I reached out to the company and customer support is horrific. To expect someone to pay thousands of dollars for a product that is making them physically ill should be illegal. I would NEVER buy from them again - this is so unacceptable. They claim you only have 14 days to return a product - I did not even receive the products until 8 days after I ordered. I gave this an honest shot because I wanted to love it and I have been met with horrible customer service. The representatives have called me by the wrong name numerous times (via email - where my name is listed) and proceeded to tell me they could not even find my order but claim I was told I only had 14 days to decide about the product. When I asked for a copy of this - they never responded. DO NOT BUY!!!!

The customer service provided by Thaddeus Dennis for ARMO360 is amazing. My Armo360 account was set up wrong in early 2021, and the error caused delays in me receiving all the oils for my system. Thaddeus not only corrected the problem but also went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. Thaddeus's professional approach and attention to detail restored my faith in Aroma360, and my home smells amazing. Thank you, Thaddeus Dennis
